Erasmus+ KATEIKA Conference on Small-Scale Partnerships in School Education at Ondokuz Mayis University
The final conference of the Erasmus+ KATEIKA Piloting Home Economics in the EU Primary School Curricula Project, was held on 19 June 2023 at the Faculty of Agriculture, Agricultural Entrepreneurship Pre-Incubation Hall. Project liaison and English teacher Şengül Çay from OMU Foundation College, external consultants Professor Dr. Kürşat Demiryürek from the Faculty of Agriculture Department of Agricultural Economics and Lecturer Soner Çelik from Ondokuz Mayıs University Erasmus Office gave information about the activities and project outputs which took place at OMU Foundation College within the scope of the project.
Project partners, Lecturer Hiroko KAWAMORITA from Hachinohe Gakuin University, Regional Cooperation Research Center and Prof. Dr. Yasuko KATO made a presentation about the KATEIKA program and trainings for partnerships at the beginning of the conference. Francesca GREGORATTI from “Ai Campi Elisi”, the Italian partner of the project, gave information about the activities related to the project in Italy. Şengül ÇAY made a presentation at the conference on behalf of Lisa Silva from Externato Paulo VI, the project coordinator. The conference ended with a group photo.
